Products and Services

Joe Can Ltd provides two distinct lines of work: the Installer Accreditation Roadmap (including the Installer Portal) and Business Systems and Digital Infrastructure builds for service businesses.

Installer Accreditation Roadmap

A structured route from unaccredited installer to fully accredited Warm Homes delivery, built around a 74-step roadmap and supported by a private Installer Portal. The following engagement tiers are available:

• The Roadmap (Foundation) — the Installer Accreditation Roadmap document and Installer Portal access for self-directed delivery.
• Guided Programme (Structured) — Foundation plus structured advisory support across the 74-step roadmap.
• Full Setup and Launch (Done With You) — end-to-end programme delivery including QMS build, certification body engagement and lodgement readiness.
• Retained Advisory (Ongoing Partner) — ongoing advisory and surveillance support beyond initial accreditation.

Business Systems and Digital Infrastructure

Practical digital operating systems for service businesses. These builds are scoped and quoted individually. The following services are available:

• Website Builds — structured, mobile-first websites with enquiry capture.
• Platform Builds — operating platforms for receiving, structuring and managing work, including enquiry, booking and allocation workflows.
• Digital Infrastructure Builds — end-to-end digital operating systems designed around how a business functions day to day.

Payment Terms

• The Roadmap (Foundation) — payment in full required before access is granted.
• Guided Programme, Full Setup and Launch, and Retained Advisory — payment terms agreed on an individual basis.
• Website, Platform and Digital Infrastructure builds — payment terms, including any deposit and stage payments, agreed in the individual project quote prior to commencement.
• Pricing is provided by quote following enquiry and suitability review.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed via Stripe payment links issued by Joe Can Ltd.

Access and Delivery

• The Roadmap (Foundation) — documents and portal access granted within 2 hours of payment confirmed.
• Guided Programme and above — programme commencement within 5 working days of payment confirmed.
• Website, Platform and Digital Infrastructure builds — delivery timelines and milestones set out in the individual project quote.

Intellectual Property

All roadmap content, programme materials, QMS documentation, and portal content is the sole intellectual property of Joe Can Ltd. Purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence to the purchasing business only. No reproduction, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or distribution is permitted under any circumstances. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Confidentiality

All programme materials, roadmap content, and advisory communications are strictly confidential. Clients must not share content with third parties under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

• The Roadmap (Foundation) — no refunds once documents have been delivered.
• Guided Programme, Full Setup and Launch, and Retained Advisory — refund terms agreed in the individual client agreement prior to commencement.
• Website, Platform and Digital Infrastructure builds — refund and cancellation terms set out in the individual project agreement prior to commencement.

Limitation of Liability

Joe Can Ltd provides commercial intelligence, programme guidance, advisory support and digital systems builds. We do not guarantee certification outcomes. All certification decisions rest solely with the relevant certification bodies. Joe Can Ltd accepts no liability for failed certification assessments, business outcomes, or programme and project delays outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
