£750 fixed professional fee
A structured assessment for established installers and contractors preparing for larger Warm Homes, government-funded retrofit, framework and public-sector opportunities.
What the review covers
- Commercial and operational readiness assessment
- Accreditation and evidence gap analysis
- Governance, capacity and delivery-risk findings
- Prioritised 90-day action plan
- Longer-term implementation roadmap
Who the review is for
Established installers and contractors in energy, retrofit, renewables and construction who are preparing for larger Warm Homes, government-funded retrofit, framework and public-sector opportunities, and who want an honest view of where they stand before committing time and cost.
How the review works
The review follows a structured sequence: information and evidence gathering, assessment against a consistent readiness framework, written findings, prioritised actions and a roadmap. Client-reported information is recorded as reported and flagged where verification is required.
What you receive
A written readiness report covering commercial and operational findings, accreditation and evidence gaps, governance, capacity and delivery risk, a prioritised 90-day action plan and a longer-term implementation roadmap.
After the review
The roadmap can be delivered by your own team, or Joe Can Ltd can be appointed separately for consulting, retained support or defined subcontracted implementation. Bid support can then be considered once the business is sufficiently ready.

- ◆ Joe Can Ltd does not guarantee accreditation, funding, framework access, tender success or contract awards.
